October 2024 Member Spotlight: Steve O'Neill

We’re excited to introduce Steve O’Neill, our October Member Spotlight! A proud native Texan, Steve graduated from Richardson High School and earned his degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  Steve is a newcomer to the commercial real estate industry, having recently joined his brother Jim at OnWorks, an innovative architecture and interior design firm with offices in Dallas and Houston.

Before entering commercial real estate, Steve spent 15 years in technology sales with NCR and AT&T, followed by a decade at Microsoft in software and consulting services. His transition to commercial real estate was inspired by his belief that the market is on the brink of significant transformation. He envisions a future where advanced analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, and property intelligence become standard in the industry.

Active in the community, Steve regularly attends NTCAR’s Independent Broker Alliance (IBA) meetings, where he gains valuable insights and networks with fellow real estate professionals and contractors. While Steve attends most other NTCAR events, you will most likely find him on the other side of the registration table as a NTCAR volunteer.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Steve enjoys playing golf, cheering for the Texas Longhorns and the Mavericks, and spending quality time with family and friends.  We are lucky to have Steve as one of our members and are excited to see what the commercial real estate world has in-store for him!
