July 2024 Member Spotlight: Sharon Herrin

Meet Sharon Herrin, our July Member Spotlight and NTCAR Board Member! Sharon is the owner and president of Herrin Commercial Real Estate and primarily focuses on retail brokerage.  Sharon loves commercial real estate because of the people.  She believes that people in the commercial real estate industry are the best-of-the-best and loves meeting and connecting with others.

Sharon is heavily involved with NTCAR because it allows her opportunities to meet and network with other real estate professionals.  She is the chairwoman of the Independent Broker Alliance where she plans monthly events for independent commercial real estate brokers to share ideas, best practices, and market information.  Her favorite NTCAR event is the Stemmons Service Award because it honors top real estate brokers and continues to add to the history of the commercial real estate industry.

Her best advice to someone just getting into the industry is to ask questions and soak up as much information as you can from other industry professionals.  She believes that if you surround yourself with successful people, you will be successful.

Outside of NTCAR, Sharon enjoys gardening, exercising, and bringing friends and family together.  She also dedicates much of her time to supporting local non-profits.  We are so glad to have Sharon as a leader in our organization and cannot wait to see what the future holds for her!
