NTCAR Continuing Education courses, in partnership with MetroTex and the North Texas CCIM Chapter, are designed specifically by commercial practitioners for commercial practitioners. INSTRUCTORS

 

CLIFF J. BOGART, CCIM

Cliff has been a Commercial Leasing practitioner since 1979 in the Dallas, Houston, and Austin markets. He has been an MCE Course writer and instructor. Cliff is also a CCIM Instructor teaching CI 101 (Financial Analysis), C103 (User Decision Analysis), and CI Intro.

Nick Nicholas, CRE, CCIM, MAI

Nick Nicholas entered the real estate profession in 1976 and founded his own company in 1978. From 1978 to the present he has been involved in a diversity of real estate activities including sales and leasing, site selection and planning, financing, development, construction, marketing, appraisal and management of office, retail, industrial and other business properties. Mr. Nicholas has developed millions of dollars of office, retail, industrial and residential properties for investment partnerships and has made significant personal real estate investments. Mr. Nicholas is the president of Nicholas Co. and is actively engaged in real estate investing, development, brokerage, litigation support and expert witness, counseling and valuation.

 

TREC Approved Contract Course Required for Renewal

As of February 1, 2021, all sales agents and brokers will be required to complete three hours in TREC approved contract-related coursework as part of the 18 hours of continuing education (CE) to renew a license. Additionally, all sales agents and brokers must complete eight hours of Legal Update I & II (two 4-hr courses). And if you are a licensee required to take the TREC approved six-hour Broker Responsibility course then 17 of your 18 required CE hours will be TREC required, non-elective course hours.
