Steps to enroll in Auto pay

  1. Log in to the NTCAR Member Portal

  2. Expand the “Menu” in the top right of your screen

  3. Under “Personal Information” click “Manage Credit Card/Auto Pay Info”

  4. You may add a new credit card or modify an existing card on file using the steps below:

    • To enable auto pay on a new card

      • Click on the green "+ Add Credit Card" button, fill out the informational form

      • Check the “Membership Dues” box on the right side of the screen under “Autopayment Choices”

      • Under the “Keep on File” section, select “Yes”

        • If you do not wish to choose auto pay, but would like to keep your card on file for future payment convenience, simply do not check the “Membership Dues” box

      • Click the green submit button. 

    • To enable auto pay on existing card

      • Click blue “Update” button

      • Check the “Membership Dues” box on the right side of the screen under “Autopayment Choices”

      • Under the “Keep on File” section, select “Yes”

      • Click the green submit button.
