June 2024 Member Spotlight: Daniel Eng

Meet Daniel Eng, our June Member Spotlight! Daniel embarked on his real estate career right after graduating from Plano East High School in the summer of 1998. Before setting off to college, he completed all his real estate classes, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. He pursued higher education at Franklin University Switzerland in Lugano, earning his BA in International Banking and Finance in 2001. After his graduation, Daniel returned to Dallas (Plano) with a renewed zeal for commercial real estate.

Early in his career, Daniel managed and leased retail assets for GE Management Co. He swiftly moved on to spearhead syndicated deals through TK Eng & Associates Investment Group, Inc., raising funds to acquire shopping centers in the competitive Dallas/Fort Worth market—a venture he passionately continues with his family's CRE companies.  The 2008 financial crisis prompted Daniel to further hone his commercial real estate skills, leading him to earn the CCIM and CPM certifications in 2009. He also contributed his expertise by serving on the boards of both certifications.

In 2012, Daniel was pivotal in leading two real estate firms—one in residential and the other in commercial brokerage—eventually franchising both. Amidst the challenges of the 2020 global pandemic, he made a strategic move to reinvent his career path alongside his business partners, Calvin Wong, and Judy Ratsamy, by adopting a cloud-based real estate platform to initiate the #WePartnersNetwork.  This initiative has since flourished, growing to over 250+ agent partners nationwide and now reaching into international markets.  #WeMission: To connect real estate entrepreneurs worldwide in a nurturing and cooperative atmosphere, maximizing opportunities to build wealth, community, and legacy.

A committed leader, Daniel has served on numerous real estate and nonprofit boards and continues to offer guidance as an advisor. He proudly held the position of 2016 Past President for the Asian Real Estate Association of America's DFW Chapter and actively supports the Asian American Pacific Islander community in Dallas through various philanthropic efforts.

Daniel and his wife are blessed with four beautiful children, one of whom is in Heaven. They hold a deep-seated hope that their children will learn the importance of community service and the value of giving back to those in need.  We are so proud to have Daniel as part of our organization and as a leader on the NTCAR Board of Directors!
