May 2024 Member Spotlight: Bill Roth

Meet William (Bill) Roth, our May Member Spotlight! Bill is one of our board members and is President of William Roth Company. His primary responsibility is the overall supervision of his company which is engaged in providing property management, brokerage, and legal services for commercial real estate projects in the North Texas area.

Bill grew up in a family that was involved in real estate investment, development, and lending and was always interested in business. After graduating college and law school, he joined a small Dallas real estate firm and began developing his real estate and legal skills. In 1986, he opened his own company and has been serving in the industry ever since!

Bill is involved with NTCAR because he believes that it is the responsibility of every professional to serve, assist, and try to improve the industry that they are a part of. He believes that we all have a duty to help shape and contribute to our professions and that NTCAR has been a significant vehicle to allow him this opportunity. Some of the most meaningful ways he has engaged with NTCAR have been serving on the Board of Directors and his participation in the development of our Commercial Forms. He has also assisted with governmental affairs issues and REALTOR® association activities that have helped shape his own business and personal development.

His best advice to someone just getting into the industry is to “Listen, Learn, and Act” by seeking out expertise from those around you, committing to educating yourself on the mechanics of the industry and your business, and engaging in your business and the industry.

Outside of NTCAR, Bill serves in other trade, social service, and religious organizations. He loves volunteering in any capacity because he feels that it is rewarding and provides a meaningful balance. Bill also enjoys travelling, cultural experiences, and spending time with his family. We are so thankful to have Bill as part of our organization and appreciate his leadership!
