April 2024 Member Spotlight: Sanober Syed

Meet Sanober Syed, our April Member Spotlight! Sanober is one of our board members and the Founder of Lion’s Gate Medical where she focuses on medical brokerage. Her primary responsibilities include advising clients and executing transactions.

After completing business school, Sanober was hired by Trammell Crow which immersed her in the commercial real estate market. She began working in brokerage after she sought the assistance of an agent for her own small business real estate needs. She loves commercial real estate because of the opportunities it provides to connect with others.

She is involved with NTCAR because it provides several opportunities to network with other commercial real estate professionals, great commercial contract forms, and continuing education classes. One of the most meaningful ways she has engaged with NTCAR is through our job shadowing program which connects college students with industry professionals to help kickstart their careers in commercial real estate.

Her best advice to someone getting into real estate is to be patient, find a good mentor, and to get involved with professional organizations like NTCAR.

Outside of NTCAR and commercial real estate, Sanober enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and dog, Cosmo. She loves to travel, watch movies, and cook. She even has cooking competitions with her husband! We are so honored to have Sanober as a leader in our organization and are excited for what the future holds!
