February 2024 Member Spotlight: Jack Gosnell

Jack is Senior Vice President at CBRE and specializes in retail brokerage, leasing, and business development. His primary focus is representing his clients’ needs to the best of his ability. He first got into commercial real estate by driving across the country after serving in the armed forces and interviewing with leading companies. Jack loves commercial real estate because it deals with the fundamental need that we have for permanence and structure.

Jack is a past Stemmons Service Award recipient and has engaged with NTCAR by serving on the Board of Directors, Stemmons Service Award, and Hall of Fame committees. His best advice to someone just getting into the industry is to “get involved with quality organizations like TREC and NTCAR!”

Outside of work and NTCAR activities, spending time with family is what Jack loves most. We are so glad to have Jack as a part of our organization and appreciate his leadership!
