February 2025 Member Spotlight: Chandler Tucker

This month, we are excited to shine a spotlight on Chandler Tucker, Director of Client Services at Bob Moore Construction and NTCAR Board member! In her role, Chandler oversees business development, corporate strategy, and community engagement, contributing to the growth and success of the commercial real estate industry in Dallas-Fort Worth. Her journey into CRE began in an unexpected way—starting with door-to-door industrial sales at Uline. That experience introduced her to DFW’s booming logistics and manufacturing sectors, sparking a passion for commercial real estate. Her time as an advertising account executive at the Dallas Business Journal further fueled her interest, and she eventually transitioned into the world of commercial construction, where she’s been thriving ever since.

Chandler’s involvement with NTCAR dates back to the early stages of her career. She credits the organization’s vibrant community and valuable events as key factors in her professional development. By attending NTCAR’s Quarterly Meetings and the Stemmons Service Award, Chandler built relationships with influential members and gained critical industry insights. Today, as a proud member of the NTCAR Board of Directors, Chandler is excited to give back to the organization that has played such an instrumental role in her career. Her favorite events, like the Industrial Bus Tour and Golf Tournament, continue to be highlights of her experience, providing opportunities to learn from her peers and explore new trends in the market.

Chandler is passionate about the evolving nature of commercial real estate and the way it shapes the communities we live in. She values the collaboration that defines the industry and enjoys the continuous learning it offers. Chandler’s advice to others in CRE is simple: approach every experience as a learning opportunity, whether it’s attending an event, working with senior professionals, or taking on new challenges. Outside of her professional life, Chandler loves exploring the Dallas food scene and discovering fun activities around the city.
