March 2025 Member Spotlight: Tiffany Hanzik McAllister

Meet Tiffany Hanzik McAllister, the Vice President of Growth and Development and attorney at Capital Title! With expertise in property management, data centers, hospitality, medical, industrial, land, multi-family, office, and retail real estate, Tiffany provides legal guidance to ensure smooth operations and successful closings. Her dedication to helping the company grow its business and teams has solidified her as a central figure within Capital Title.

Tiffany’s journey into the world of commercial real estate was a result of circumstance and opportunity. After working in oil and gas and experiencing a downturn in the industry, she pivoted when the owner of her company connected her with a fee attorney office hiring professionals for title insurance and other real estate matters. This chance encounter in 2016 set her on a path in commercial real estate, a field she has been passionate about ever since. Tiffany’s current role involves supporting clients with legal advice, guiding them through successful closings, and continuously working to improve internal processes at Capital Title.

Beyond her professional role, Tiffany is deeply involved in the local commercial real estate community. She serves on the Board of CREW Dallas, an organization that champions women in commercial real estate, and is excited to be a NTCAR Annual Platinum sponsor this year. She believes strongly in networking and mentoring, advising industry newcomers to find great mentors, and get involved in organizations to build lasting connections.

In her personal life, Tiffany values time spent with her husband and two daughters, who keep her busy with laughter and energy. Despite her demanding career, she makes it a priority to nurture her close friendships and spend time with a great group of girlfriends. Tiffany's commitment to both her professional growth and personal life reflects her well-rounded approach to success, and she is excited for the future as she continues to contribute to the commercial real estate community and Capital Title’s ongoing success.  We are proud to have Tiffany as a member of NTCAR and look forward to seeing what the future holds for her!
