August 2023 Member Spotlight: Elizabeth Fulton

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Elizabeth Fulton, NTCAR Board Member

Elizabeth is Vice President at CBRE and specializes in Retail Brokerage. She focuses primarily on specialty and mixed-use environments such as retail and restaurant leasing within the urban core. She is involved in NTCAR because of the network it has helped her create and she loves the people that are involved!

She found incredible value in getting involved with the Young Professionals Forum as she was getting started in her career, and believes it is great to have other people in the same place as you to use as a sounding board! She loves commercial real estate because she believes that intentional place-making can create energy within a community. Elizabeth’s favorite NTCAR event is the Stemmons Award because she believes it is inspiring to watch the greats of our industry be interviewed and recognized.

Outside of NTCAR, Elizabeth volunteers through BBBS and is heavily involved in the SMU Folsom Institute. She loves traveling when given the opportunity and is always on the search for her new favorite restaurant in Dallas! We are so happy to have Elizabeth as part of our organization and appreciate her leadership!
