MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Ray Eckenrode SIOR, CCIM, NTCAR Board Member, Board President Elect

Ray is Managing Partner at Appian Commercial Realty and specializes in Acquisitions, Development, Investments, Leasing, and Property Management. He is involved with NTCAR because he believes we are the best organization for a commercial real estate practitioner to get engaged and network with active brokers in North Texas!

Ray loves commercial real estate because it is a career with endless potential and a variety of avenues to achieve through. It provides a lifetime of opportunity to continuously learn through deals that you participate in, the clients you earn, the businesses your clients run, and the mentors and fellow brokers you engage with. His favorite NTCAR events are our Quarterly Membership Meetings because they provide local expert content and allow for easy networking with both successful senior brokers and new brokers entering the profession.

Outside of NTCAR, Ray spends time with his wife and three daughters. He is also highly involved in the community through various boards and committees in Collin County. We are so happy to have Ray as part of our organization and appreciate his leadership!
